ICRH Global consists of three distinct centres:

• ICRH Belgium, a research centre operating within the faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Ghent University
• ICRH Kenya, an NGO with offices in Nairobi and Mombasa
• ICRH Mozambique, an NGO based in Maputo and Tete
