OBJECTIVES

Main objective:

  • To enable Belgium to enhance its partnership and collaboration in the development of Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers where sexual and reproductive health and the fight against HIV/AIDS are concerned.

Specific objectives:

  • To support Belgium in the preparation of the 2nd follow-up meeting of the Round Table about Health in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (March 2005).

  • To study whether and how the Belgian partners can develop a common HIV/AIDS strategy for the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

  • Policy analysis

  • Extensive desk study and policy analysis.
