GAP Symposium 'Mobilities in Africa, Africa in mobility' | ICRH

On December 16, 2008, GAP organises its second symposium with as central theme 'Mobilities in Africa, Africa in mobility'. We have invited the Africa-Research Centre as guest institution and as keynote speaker we welcome prof. Gordon Pirie from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. We would like to focus your attention on the Annual Distinguished Lecture on Africa, the closure of the symposium and this year presented by prof. Janet Roitman (NYU).

We would now like to invite you to this symposium; participation (badge, lunch and reception included) will cost 10 euro, 5 euro for students. You can pay at the entrance but we do ask you to register in advance (by contacting Dominique Godfroid, gap@UGent.be) - preferably before 10 December.
